Yuki Bhambri entered his first-ever Quarterfinals in a Grand Slam event at the US Open 2025. Along with his doubles partner, Michael Venus, Bhambri overcame the fourth-seeded Tim Putz and Kevin Krawietz 6-4, 6-4 in their Round of 16 match. The Indo-Kiwi duo will face the 11th-seeded Nikola Metkic and Rajeev Ram in the Quarterfinals.
It was a surprising result for the Indo-Kiwi duo that beat the 2024 US Open Doubles finalists in straight sets 6-4, 6-4 and sent shockwaves in the division. The win has given a tremendous amount of confidence for the duo. 2025 has been great for Bhambri, who reached the third round of the French Open and Wimbledon with Robert Galloway.

Likewise, the star player won his first-ever ATP 500 title at the Dubai Tennis Championships with Alexei Popyrin. Currently, Bhambri is ranked 32nd in the ATP Doubles rankings and 28th as per the live rankings. He has a good chance of making it to the semifinal by beating Ram and Metkic in the Quarterfinal match.

Yuki has been training in the Roundglass Tennis Academy in Chandigarh, where the focus has been on his tactical and mental resilience. Aditya Sachdeva, the Technical Director of the academy, claimed that beating the 4th-seeded duo shows his resilience and hunger to achieve.
