However, the American refused and asked Ostapenko to accept her loss. The crowd booed the bad act of the World No.25. The home star used it as an opportunity to rile up the crowd to heaten up the situation. "You have to got to love it. That is what the US Open in New York is all about. The passion," said Tim Henman, the Sky Sports Analyst.
