The Italian tennis players have been sensational this season and we have now seen some talented players in the mix already right from World number 1 Jannik Sinner to Jasmine Paolini. These players have been iconic and there is no doubt that their performances have impressed us a lot. Though the 28-year-old has not been having the best of seasons where he is currently ranked 44, he has had some incredible moments in his career where he was a Wimbledon finalist in 2022 and became one of the top 10 ranked players in tennis. These achievements were enough to make him the captain of the Italian team in the Davis Cup this season.

The great season of Italian tennis seems to have continued in the Davis Cup as well as Italy continues their unbeaten run and qualify for the Davis Cup finals. Berrettini also won an intense 3-set game against Botic Van Zandschulp in the match against Netherlands. The Italian captain had led from the front once again. However one of the major highlights of the match was when Berrettini copied Sinner's iconic celebration after winning the match. The fact that Sinner was in the dug out supporting the Italian team makes this moment even more special.
