On the 9th of October 2025, the auction for the seventh edition of the Indian Tennis Premier League took place. The squads for all eight teams are out, who will be up against each other from December 9 to 14 at the Gujarat University Tennis Stadium in Ahmedabad for the title. Some talented players from ATP and WTA were sold at the players auctions on October 9, 2025.

The event was highlighted by some of the top Indian Tennis icons. Former Grand Slam winners and some of the most popular Indian Tennis players like Leander Paes, Mahesh Bhupathi, and Sania Mirza were a part of the event. Some Bollywood celebrities, who have invested in the teams, also graced the event.
