World number one Jannik Sinner and Aryna Sabalenka recently broke the internet with their practice session together ahead of the Wimbledon Championships 2025. The third Grand Slam of the year is set to take place from June 30th at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in Wimbledon, London.

Notably, the Italian star has made it to the quarter-finals of Wimbledon 2024. Russian star Daniil Medvedev defeated him in the last eight rounds. On the other hand, the Belarusian withdrew from the tournament due to a shoulder injury.

Meanwhile, the ATP number one star was last seen in action in the 2025 Terra Wortmann Open in Halle, where he was the defending champion. However, he crashed out from the second round after suffering a defeat against Alexander Bublik. On the flip side, Sabalenka recently played the Berlin Open 2025 and lost her semi-final clash against Marketa Vondrousova.

Following their respective tournaments, the two traveled to London for the next Grand Slam of the year. The official social media page of the tournament shared a video featuring the two top-star players engaging in a lighthearted challenge. In this video, one can see that a tennis ball tube has been placed in front of each other, and the challenge was for the opponent player to hit the ball toward the tube to knock it.

It's worth noting that Sinner and Sabalenka ended up as the runners-up in the French Open 2025 after losing against Carlos Alcaraz and Coco Gauff in the finals.

The two last met at the French Open 2025, where Sinner defeated the Serbian ace in the semi-final in straight sets. Djokovic, a seven-time Wimbledon champion, has failed to win the major titles since 2024 and aims to mark his first in the third Grand Slam of the year.
