Recently, Roger Federer was seen enjoying a delightful day of golf in Dubai alongside French tennis player Alexandre Muller and his girlfriend, Julie Demoulins. During their time on the course, Muller expressed admiration for Federer, referring to him as the "GOAT" of tennis.

Muller shared the pictures on his socials

Muller took to social media to share memorable moments from their golfing experience at the Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club. He posted a lovely picture featuring himself, Demoulins, and Federer, as well as a video showcasing the 43-year-old tennis legend in action on the course.

Earlier, in an interview with ATP, Muller shared his enthusiasm for spending time with Federer over dinner and revealed his passion for golf.

Around the same time, Federer also showed interest in golf. In June, he posted a short video on Instagram showcasing his skills on the golf course. He hit a solid shot and expressed his excitement about exploring this new hobby.

"I like to play golf when I have some days off, yes. [I like] the feeling when you hit the ball clean. That's happened not very often, but when I do it, I enjoy it." Muller said.

In August, during a press event for the launch of his signature Wilson tennis rackets, Federer humorously shared with Hypebeast his motivation for improving his golf skills, joking that it would save him from having to retrieve balls from the bushes.

Recently, Federer has also made headlines with a heartfelt tribute to Rafael Nadal, following the emotional retirement of the 38-year-old Spaniard on November 19, after Spain's loss to the Netherlands in the Davis Cup Finals quarterfinals. Nadal, much like his best friend Federer, bid farewell to the sport after a remarkable career that saw him lifting 22 Grand Slam titles. With his retirement, only the Serbian icon Novak Djokovic remains to be an active player of the men's Big 3.
