Carlos Alcaraz overcame the challenge of Andy Rublev in a 4-setter by 6-7 (5-7), 6-3, 6-4, 6-4 on the Centre Court. On the other hand, Cameron Norrie won a thriller against Nicolas Jarry by a margin of 6-3, 7-6 (7-4), 6-7 (7-9), 6-7 (5-7), 6-3, which had three Tiebreakers. He remains the only Brit to be in contention to win at home for the first time since Andy Murray.

Karen Khachanov beat Kamil Majchrzak in a relatively easier bout in straight sets with a scoreline of 6-4, 6-2, 6-3. Fritz progressed to the Quarterfinals following the unfortunate injury, which led to Jordan Thompson retiring midway through the match, which had the scoreline 6-1, 3-0 in favor of the American.

In the Women's division, Laura Siegemund beat Solana Sierra in straight sets by 6-3, 6-2. Likewise, Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova progressed to the Quarterfinals by beating Great Britain's Sonay Kartal in straight sets by 7-6 (7-3), 6-4, which led to the disappointment of the home fans.
