Tennis sensation Alexander Zverev defeated Ugo Humbert by 6-1, 2-6, 6-3, 6-2 in the fourth round of the 2025 Australian Open at the John Cain Arena of Melbourne Park on January 19. The Germany-born star has made it to the quarterfinals of the first Grand Slam of the year and is now just three wins away from clinching the title here.
Zverev had a stunning start to the game, winning the opening set comfortably. However, Humbert showcased his classic form and won the second set of the game to level up the game. However, the world number two staged his comeback and thwarted his opponent in the third and fourth sets of the game to make it to the last eight rounds.

The 27-year-old tennis star showcased his stellar form and hit some stunning passing shots and baffled the opponents completely in the game. The star player will be hoping to continue his great form heading to the quarterfinal round of the first Grand Slam of the year.

Earlier, Zverev defeated Jacob Fearnley in the third round of the Australian Open 2025 at the Margaret Court Arena at Melbourne Park on January 17 before heading to the fourth round of the first Grand Slam of the Year. The Germany-born star showcased his best form since the start of the game and registered a straight sets win in the marquee event by 6-4, 6-4, 6-4.
