The Spaniard showcased her stellar form and snatched the straight-sets win to enter the last eight of the showpiece event.

The 27-year-old showcased her beast form in the opening set and marked the resounding win at the start of the game. However, Danilovic was seen marking her comeback in the second set, but Badosa hit some ridiculous and incredible shots to thwart her opponent to make it to the next round. The star player is just three wins away from winning the Melbourne Park title.
Earlier, Paula Badosa defeated Marta Kostyuk in the third round of the Australian Open 2025 at Show Court Arena on January 17. She made a stunning start in the game, having won the first set comfortably. However, Kostyuk staged her comeback in the second set to level up the game, but the Spaniard outplayed her in the third set of the game before heading to the quarters.
