The World of tennis has been growing rapidly and we have seen some great performances from both the ATP and the WTA players in the mix. We have seen some great matches this season featuring some of the top stars in the game and we expect this consistency to go forward in the future as well. after all, this is one of the biggest sports in the world filled with a lot of iconic people.

There is no doubt that we have enjoyed most of the tournaments this season, but this season has had its fair share of controversy as well. One of the biggest controversies that we have faced this season is the unavailability of decision-review systems in the game. There have been a lot of controversial calls in some of the recent tournaments which include the Fritz-Nakashima game and the Draper-Felix game in the Cincinnati Open game. These were some of the most controversial matches we have seen so far this season.

Aryna Sabalenka joins in the DRS battle

One of the players who has questioned the ITF over this issue continuously is World number 3 Coco Gauff. The American number one has shared her problems with the lack of DRS in the games. One of the highlighting moments was in the Paris Olympics where she contested the issue saying that it was unfair. There are a lot of players who have agreed with the US Open defending champion and one of them is Belarusian star Aryna Sabalenka who has also shared her views on the importance of the issue saying, "I mean, I think that's important that we have this system here, because I saw those tough calls. I think that's unfair for some of the players, you know, like, not to be able to review the referee calls."

There is no doubt that World Number 2 is in full support of Coco Gauff over the issue and ended by stating, "So I think that's going to be helpful for everybody and healthy for everyone to have these reviews. So I think that's a cool thing to have.” It seems to be that everyone is supporting this idea of a review system and maybe the ITF should look into this situation.
