Shai Gilgeous-Alexander achieved the highest point of his career, as he helped the OKC Thunder win their maiden NBA title while shining individually. The Canadian joined the elite list of players to win Finals MVP, Regular Season MVP, and Scoring Champion titles all in the same season. SGA claimed 29 points, 12 assists, 5 rebounds, 2 blocks, and a steal in Game 7 of the final.

The NBA Finals 2025 were one of the best ever, as it came down to Game 7 between the Indiana Pacers and the Oklahoma City Thunder. Shai, who has been brilliant all season, put on a great performance even in the final, which helped his side win their maiden NBA title. There was no doubt whatsoever in the fans when they voted him the MVP of the season and the final ahead of Nikola Jokic and others.

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar achieved the feat in the 1970-71 season and became the first player to do so, with a scoring title of 31.7 PPG. Shaquille O’Neal completed the feat in the 1999-20 regular season with a scoring title of 29.7 PPG. The legendary Michael Jordan had a whopping 4 such seasons. In the 1995-96 season, he had a scoring title of 30.4 PPG.
