Manu Bhaker took to X and reacted to Neeraj Chopra's post recalling his 2024 season. Manu congratulated Neeraj for his successful campaign in the 2024 season and wished him a speedy recovery ahead of the 2025 season. The Indian shooter hoped to see more success for the Javelin thrower in the upcoming years. Her post has gone viral on social media.

"Congratulations @Neeraj_chopra1 on a fantastic season in 2024. Wishing you a speedy recovery and more success in the coming years. #NeerajChopra," wrote Manu Bhaker on X. Neeraj finished second in the Diamond League 2024 final as Anderson Peters won the title.

The duo was separated by a solitary centimeter which acted as a difference between the two throwers. Neeraj Chopra was a bit disappointed to have not won the title. He gave an update on his injury which he sustained ahead of the Brussels Diamond League final along with the existing groin injury.

Neeraj Chopra gives an update on his injury

Neeraj claimed that he injured his left hand during the practice session ahead of the Diamond League final. He claimed that a fracture occurred on the fourth metacarpal of his left hand. The Javelin thrower felt it was a painful challenge for him. The Paris Olympics Silver medalist thanked the team that helped him put in the effort and get fit before the final.

"It was another painful challenge for me. But with the help of my team, I was able to participate in Brussels. This was the last competition of the year, and I wanted to end my season on the track. While I couldn’t meet my own expectations, I feel this was a season in which I learned a lot," Neeraj Chopra looked back at the 2024 season.

Neeraj was determined to return as a fit athlete in 2025. He thanked everyone for the encouragement and felt 2024 made him a better person and athlete. 2024 was a good season for Chopra as he managed to win the Silver medal at the Paris Olympics and finished second in the Diamond League.
