India beat Korea 4-1 in the semifinal of the Asian Champions Trophy 2024. The dominant run of India continued in the tournament as they hammered Korea to enter the final in style. The double strike from Harmanpreet Singh and the field goals from Jarmanpreet Singh and Uttam Singh helped India beat Korea. India will be taking on China in the final.

Towards the end of the first half, the Indian players made inroads into the inner circle. Nilakanta Sharma passed the ball on to Mandeep Singh who controlled and passed it on to Raj Kumar Pal. Araijeet Singh gave the pass to Uttam Singh who scored the goal for India in the 13th minute of the match.

In the second quarter, India got a penalty corner opportunity. Harmanpreet Singh was in action as he scored India's second goal in the 19th minute of the match. In the third quarter, Jarmanpreet Singh produced a great goal and helped India to claim a massive lead of 3-0.

For Korea, the solitary goal came in the form of the penalty corner. Yang Ji-Hun scored the goal in the 33rd minute of the game to keep Korea alive in the match. However, their chances took a major hit when Harmanpreet scored his second goal of the match.

Sarpanch Sahab scored his 7th goal of the tournament as India took a massive lead of 4-1 in the match. The defensive unit made no mistake for the rest of the match as India won the game by a huge margin. They will be taking on China in the final, who beat Pakistan in a thrilling game.

Due to the local festival, a lot of fans showed up to watch the match. The nerves got the better of Pakistani players who could not give their best. After the full-time, the score was levelled at 1-1. Chaiyu Wang was brilliant as a goalkeeper, maintaining a clean sheet in the penalty which ensured China's win over the former champions.
