The briefcase holding the AEW World Championship is no longer in Jon Moxley's hands. After preventing Marina Shafir from striking him with the briefcase, Cope grabbed it. Cope used a steel chair to knock Moxley out before Shafir tried to strike Cope. Then Cope and Jay White locked Shafir in a room, took the briefcase, and left.
Since Moxley took home the AEW World belt at AEW WrestleDream, the belt has not been seen. Immediately, he placed the title in a bag, which he subsequently placed in the briefcase Shafir was carrying. Cope and White will compete in the AEW Grand Slam Australia against Moxley and Claudio Castagnoli.
To accept his challenge, Jon Moxley goes on to declare that Cope has no knowledge of AEW or being the AEW World Champion. After threatening to beat them up, Moxley orders Cope to send his friend Jay White to Grand Slam: Australia, where he will beat the living daylights out of them.

Adam Copelan wants to get hands on AEW World Championship
Adam Copeland has made it obvious that he wants the AEW World Championship at AEW Revolution, along with Jon Moxley. Cope attacked Moxley in the February 1 episode of AEW Collision, accusing him of maintaining the AEW World Title in a briefcase rather than displaying it with pride now that AEW is streaming on Max. He didn't mince words, accusing Moxley of disregarding the pioneers who came before him. He pointed out that wrestlers today had a better future because legends like himself battled for guaranteed contracts and more flexible schedules.
The challenge has been issued, and with the AEW Revolution scheduled for March 9 in Los Angeles, all eyes are on Moxley to see how he reacts. However, AEW has not yet formally confirmed the match.
