WATCH: Adam Cole makes a Big Statement about MJF

At AEW WrestleDream 2024, Adam Cole made his AEW comeback. Adam Cole's impending comeback to the ring was previously revealed. Later on, it was verified that he was in Tacoma for the pay-per-view, and he returned there. Cole made his broadcast debut following his injury at the AEW Dynamite on October 16.

Despite his injuries, Adam Cole has continued to be involved in AEW plots. He most famously betrayed MJF at Worlds End in December, joining Matt Taven, Mike Bennett, Roderick Strong, and Wardlow to establish The Undisputed Kingdom. Cole was written off of AEW television following an altercation with MJF in the ring at Double or Nothing in May, which was his final appearance on the network.

Jon Moxley began this week's AEW Dynamite by making some harsh remarks. When Adam Cole finally returned, he did it with a bang, leaving the crowd in awe. Bay-bay, everyone was eager for story time with Adam Cole. He began by declaring that he had to walk out there alone and that he was quite glad to be back in the ring.

Adam Cole expressed his affection for the AEW 

He then immediately focused on MJF, whom he believed to be the worst person to have ever lived on Earth. Over the last year, he has gained a lot of knowledge, including the realization that "sometimes you have to fight evil with evil." Since "Adam Cole may be a lot of things, but stupid isn't one of them," MJF could have his own story.

"It makes me sick to my stomach to imagine that these young guys are looking at MJF and thinking 'That is the path to success.'" Adam Cole expressed his affection for the AEW locker room, which is filled with individuals who will take AEW into the future. According to him, MJF's journey is one of loneliness and failure. Then he vowed that MJF is hated by everyone, including him.

Adam Cole then recommended that he face MJF in San Jose at that same moment. That concept seems to appeal to the supporters. MJF only made an appearance on the big screen to speak to his former best buddy, but his music continued to blast out after that.
