In the NXT No Mercy main event, Hendry who has swiftly gained popularity at the WWE Performance Center challenged Page for the NXT Championship. Even though Hendry lost the bout, NXT fans were moved by his performance and musical ability. Hendry used the song to make fun of Page during one of his trademark humorous shows in the run-up to the event.

Ethan Page to defend his title
