Barcelona's former iconic midfielder Ronaldinho has visited India to participate in an upcoming Legends fixture. The Brazilian midfielder is set to play in an exhibition match featuring Brazil Legends versus India All Stars, scheduled to take place in Chennai on Sunday, March 30.
The announcement of his arrival was made by Indian Super League club Chennaiyin FC, which shared a video on social media capturing Ronaldinho as he touched down at the Chennai airport.

In the clip, the legendary Brazilian footballer, who was a key player in his nation's triumphant 2002 World Cup victory, is seen at the airport being greeted by enthusiastic fans. He was donning a black shirt and was carrying his suitcase out.

Ronaldinho's visit to India is part of the Brazil Legends tour, which includes not only an exhibition match but also a two-day football summit.
Football Plus Academy is set to present a tour that will begin with a thrilling exhibition match on March 30, 2025, at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Chennai. This event will pit legendary Brazilian footballers, including icons such as Ronaldinho, Rivaldo, Lucio, and Gilberto Silva, against a talented team of Indian All-Stars, featuring notable players like IM Vijayan, Mehtab Hossain, Karanjit Singh, and many others.
After the match, a two-day football summit is scheduled for March 31 and April 1, 2025. The event will include workshops, discussions, and opportunities for interaction with FIFA World Cup winners.
The 2005 Ballon d'Or winner has represented Brazil in 97 fixtures and netted 33 goals. He is one of the best Catalan players who netted 70 goals in 145 appearances at Camp Nou.
