Nahuel Guzman's antics irritated Sergio Ramos

After Monterrey received the penalty, Tigres UANL goalkeeper Nahuel Guzmán aimed to distract Sergio Ramos. The Argentine goalkeeper positioned himself on the goal line, but instead of facing former Galacticos defender Ramos, he chose to turn away and face the opposite direction.

Initially, Sergio Ramos took his antics lightly and decided to play along, but when the goalkeeper started wasting more and more time with his series of bizarre actions, Ramos got a bit serious. Ramos even asserted that he would pull off a panenka kick against the Argentine.

Guzman fell into Ramos's bait and held his position in the centre of the goal line. However, Ramos thundered the ball towards the bottom right corner to break the deadlock in the 49th minute and put Monterrey in the lead.

Tigers Uanl staged an incredible comeback in the final 5 minutes of extra time to pull off a sensational 2-1 victory against Monterrey. In a violent clash that saw 3 red cards, 10-man Tigres reigned supreme over 9-man Monterrey. Despite leading for almost the entirety of the fixture, Tigres Unal scored twice in the 90th and 95th minute via Córdova and Ibañez.

Tigers Uanl currently sits in the fourth spot of Liga MX standings while Monterrey are struggling at the ninth spot. As the season heads into the final few weeks, both teams will be looking to end on a high.
