Leicester City's equalizer was scored by Jamie Vardy, who is considered as one of the best strikers of the league once. Kristiansen crossed the ball from the left, but it crossed the goal and ended up on the other wing, where Fatawu caught it.

He glanced up and slapped a left-footed ball into the completely unmarked Vardy, and the veteran of Leicester headed the ball beyond Vicario with a pleased expression. Tottenham Hotspur were unable to maintain their lead, and the home team is now tied.

Spurs' Pedro Porro gave them the lead during the first half with a great goal. James Maddison was inside when Hueng-Min Son, a regular option on the left, took up the ball. The right back races by his defender to get a head on a deep ball from the playmaker that comes from the left, guiding the ball towards the goal.

Tottenham Hotspur dominated the first half, and Leicester City should have been grateful that Porro's one goal was all that separated the two teams at the half-time break. The Spurs' shaky finishing got the Foxes off their feet somewhat. Cooper, who also wanted more productivity, had taken advantage of this break to bring his team together.

Leicester City and Tottenham Hotspur pay tribute to Craig Shakespeare

Shakespeare, who later led the team and served as assistant coach during their amazing Premier League title run in 2016 at King Power Stadium, passed away at the tender age of 60 at the start of August following a protracted illness.

Both sides' players wore black armbands, and they both placed flowers inside their dugouts. Before the game began, there was an entire minute of applause, which followed a tribute for Shakespeare.
