The English Premier League has started and we have already started to have some great games between the sides. All the top teams in the league have given some great performances and we are happy to see some good football at the start of the season. This time we are going to talk about two of the biggest underdog teams in the league who were up against each other.
The match was between Leicester City and Tottenham Hotspur. This was one of the biggest tied matches we witnessed in the season. After a goal from Pedro Porro in the 29th minute it looked like this match was going to go Spurs way who were also said to be the better side. However, they were to surprised by Leicester City star Jamie Vardy who struck gold in the 57th minute and made sure his side was in the game. Though this match ended in a draw we still had some dramatic moments which we did not expect in the match at all.

This was a great battle between the two teams and there was some drama on dsiplay featuring Jamie Vardy himself where he had an interaction with all the Spurs fans. One of the highlighting moments were when he signalled a 1-0 to the crowd saying he has won a Premier League title while Tottenham is yet to win a single one. Though this was a bold truth from Vardy there is no doubt that all the Tottenham fans will not be happy with that gesture at all. However that was one of the most entertaining moments in the game and who better to feature in it than Vardy himslef.

This showed us that Vardy is not only a brilliant striker but also one of the most entertaining figures in the game as well. This match might have ended up being a draw at 1-1, but we can surely say that Vardy has won his battle against the Tottenham Hotspur fans by bringing up the trophy drought jokes. This was a great way to put the people in their place and Vardy really did it in style.
