Davide Frattesi of Italy attempted a shot from the middle of the penalty area to the lower right corner, but the ball ended up in the net's back. Federico Dimarco provided a beautiful cross from the left flank to help score the goal in the 38th minute of the game.

This was the second goal for the Inter Milan midfielder in this International break. The centre-midfielder also got a goal in Italy’s previous match against France at the Parc des Princes, a few days back. He has been showing form for the country and will be looking to continue this good goal-scoring run for both club and country.

Sandro Tonali continues to be Italy's main man when they play Israel during the UEFA Nations League. With a few other changes, Moise Kean and Giacomo Raspadori serve as the new strike partners. Alessandro Buongiorno along with Federico Gatti take over in defence while Riccardo Calafiori as well as Lorenzo Pellegrini are sidelined due to injuries.

Only 2000 supporters for Italy’s UEFA Nations League game versus Israel

Only 2000 spectators, 400 of whom are Italian, are expected for tonight's UEFA Nations League match in Budapest between Italy and Israel, according to TMW. This evening's second Nations League group-stage match between Italy and Israel is expected to draw just 2,000 spectators. Israel has been playing its international matches at the József Bozsik in Budapest since October 2023.
