Cristiano Ronaldo has omitted mentions of Manchester United in a recent promotional video, which has led to speculation about his negative relationship with the club.
Cristiano Ronaldo is in the process of relaunching his Legacy range of fragrances, which was first introduced 10 years ago. The promotion reflects on his past achievements while focusing on the brand's future.
Cristiano Ronaldo excludes Manchester United from his list of memories
There is, however, an oversight in the production that Ronaldo and his team have assembled. He cannot assert that he is only reflecting on the past decade, as he also includes his early days at Sporting in a video that is meant to encapsulate his journey.
Legacy is more than a fragrance! It’s a reflection of my journey and I’m very happy to celebrate its 10th anniversary relaunching it in a newly designed bottle and with a more modern design.#CR7#CR7FRAGANCES#CR7LEGACY#ADpic.twitter.com/r5oXZcIWik

The montage revisits Ronaldo's journey and includes moments of celebration during his time with Real Madrid, where he achieved the remarkable feat of becoming the club’s all-time leading goalscorer, as well as his achievements with the Portugal national team.
It also highlights his recent exploits as he lifts the trophy he secured since joining Al-Nassr in the Saudi Pro League, marking a new chapter in his illustrious career.
There is no reference to Juventus, where Ronaldo secured two Serie A titles, or Manchester United. This omission is notable, given that the all-time great began his journey to superstardom at Old Trafford, where he achieved triumphs including the Premier League, the UEFA Champions League, and the first of his five Ballon d’Or awards.
The 40-year-old all-time leading goal-scorer is in pursuit of completing the mega milestone of 1000 career goals. However, he seems to remember the scars from his past especially his horrendous second tenure at Manchester United where he saw his contract terminated after an explosive interview with Piers Morgan.
