Chelsea’s Cole Palmer is enjoying his time away from the game and was seen playing video games during his holidays. He was in a live-stream alongside football legend Ronaldo and that has shocked viewers all across the world. The Englishman posted a TikTok and that video has gone viral since then as the duo played on the same team.

This was an unusual collaboration and one that has taken the fans by shock. Nobody in the football community knew that Cole Palmer had a good relationship with the former Real Madrid striker. It would be interesting to see how this friendship turns out to be in the years to come as Cole Palmer tries to become the best in the world.

Cole Palmer set to play in a new position at Chelsea

According to reports, Cole Palmer will make a shocking switch in roles. After spending £40 million to move from Manchester City to Stamford Bridge, the 22-year-old England star had an incredible first season. Prior to leading his nation to victory at Euro 2024, Palmer racked up 27 goals and 15 assists.

Under former Chelsea head coach Mauricio Pochettino, the Treble winner mostly played as a right winger, though he occasionally operated as a number 10 to gain more flexibility on the pitch. But according to sources, Palmer will have a new permanent position across the midfield under new manager Enzo Maresca.

In West London, the Italian is trying to introduce a new football style. There is a strong emphasis on giving out from behind. Additionally, players are urged to stray into new regions in order to form a high block that is extremely offensive. Palmer is seen to be capable of playing as just one of Enzo Maresca's two center-midfielders at this point.

Right now, the Blues have Mykhailo Mudryk, Raheem Sterling, and Noni Madueke in their lineup. However, they might reach new heights with a superstar winger. Nico Williams, the star player for Athletic Bilbao and Spain, is reportedly a tremendous fan of Chelsea's. Karim Adeyemi of Borussia Dortmund is another player they have their eye on.
