Chinese Crystal Palace fans gains attention
A Chinese Crystal Palace fan recorded his post-match celebrations on his social media, which has since gone viral on the internet among football enthusiasts. The fan named Yichen Peter Zheng posted his video where he was singing victory songs along with thousands of other Palace fans from the stands of Wembley. His celebrations also sparked a debate in his comments section.
Crystal Palace Football Club is very popular in the world's second most populous country, especially because it was the first Premier League club to sign a Chinese footballer. Former Chinese international Fan Zhiyi played for Crystal Palace from 1998 to 2001. He played 88 fixtures as a defender and also scored 4 goals in the English top flight.
