After their UEFA Champions League opening against Stuttgart, Real Madrid defender Antonio Rudiger made a funny interruption to teammate Endrick's post-match interview, calling the young Brazilian "Bobby." In Real Madrid's 3-1 triumph over the Bundesliga team, Endrick, making his Champions League debut, scored the game-winning goal. It was his first-ever UCL goal.

Since making his much awaited summer transfer from Palmeiras to Real Madrid, Endrick has been in the news. The 18-year-old has demonstrated enormous promise despite his youth and won the respect of his teammates. But what really went viral on social media was Endrick's admission that England great Bobby Charlton was one of his primary football inspirations. Ever since, players like Rodrygo have jokingly dubbed him "Bobby," but the name has stuck.

The team's chemistry was enhanced by Rudiger's light-hearted taunting, which Endrick handled with grace throughout the interview. With his first-ever UCL goal, the youthful forward has further cemented his stellar beginning at Real Madrid, where fans already hold him in high regard.

Endrick's incredible journey in Madrid has just begun at the age of 18, and his skill bodes much more for the future. His play thus far indicates that he will remain an important member of the team despite having already scored two goals. Supporters are eager to follow his journey as he attempts to leave his imprint on the national and worldwide arenas.

Endrick and Rudiger help Real Madrid in 3-1 win

Endrick was the night's star on the pitch as Dani Carvajal set him up with a pinpoint pass, and Endrick showed off his skill by launching a spectacular long-range shot past Alexander Nubel to give Real Madrid a 3-1 victory.

Not only was Rudiger's performance outstanding, but he also contributed to the team's total after Kylian Mbappe opened up the scoring inside the Santiago Bernabeu with a header off a Luka Modric corner. Now Real Madrid are up and running in the UEFA Champions League as they look to defend their title.
