Real Madrid's manager Carlo Ancelotti hails Kylian Mbappe as 'Best in the World'

Carlo Ancelotti commended Kylian Mbappe for his outstanding performance in Real Madrid’s 4-1 triumph over Las Palmas, noting that he currently stands out as one of the best strikers in the world. Mbappe's influence on the game played a crucial role in leading Real Madrid to the top of Laliga, and Ancelotti expressed his admiration for the player's contributions.

Mbappé, who concluded the match with the highest number of touches in the opposition's box and the most opportunities created for Madrid, earned a special compliment from Ancelotti. 

Additionally, the French striker achieved a notable milestone in his club career by scoring his 300th goal, which includes 18 goals for Real Madrid, 27 for Monaco, and 256 for Paris Saint-Germain.

Carlo Ancelotti hails Mbappe as the best forward 

Carlo Ancelotti, the manager of Real Madrid, praised Kylian Mbappe, recognizing him as the top striker on the planet. He expressed confidence in Mbappe's versatility, noting that while he can effectively play on the wing, his remarkable skills make him the standout choice for the central striker position. Ancelotti emphasized the importance of utilizing Mbappe’s exceptional speed and technical ability to maximize his impact in the heart of the attack.

“Well, he’s the best centre striker in the world. We can also play him on the wing, but there’s no better number 9 in the world than Mbappé”. Carlo said.

“He is a great striker who is very good playing in the centre, rather than on the wing because that way he can make the most of his unique runs, with speed and technique,” he added.

Madrid came to Santiago Bernabeu after enduring a tough week filled with heartbreaks, following a 5-2 defeat to Barcelona in the Supercopa de Espana final and a narrow Copa del Rey victory over Celta Vigo in extra time.

However, under Kylian Mbappe, the team emerged as a formidable force. Mbappe’s resurgence may prove to be a boon for Ancelotti and his squad, as the Frenchman has begun to assert his influence on the game once again.

With this victory, Real Madrid solidified their position at the top of the La Liga standings. The club now commands the table with 46 points, confidently leading Atletico Madrid by two points and maintaining a seven-point advantage over arch-rivals Barcelona.
