Carlo Ancelotti was questioned by the media after the game about Guler's current status and whether or not the midfield player has completely lost favor. “Arda? He is fine and ready to play, he will.” During the game against Girona Real Madrid managed to get back in winnings after defeating Girona by 2-0.

Goals from Vinicius Jr and Luka Modric helped Real Madrid to get back on top spot in La Liga. For the game against Girona Arda Guler’s name was not included in the playing 11 list again. The 19-year-old missed five straight games without playing, having to watch from the sidelines for the whole ninety minutes.

The 19-year-old needs to be more reliable, although he has displayed glimpses of his talent when given a chance to play. Although the club asks for patience, fans were hoping for more from him this season. They have faith that Guler will get his chance at Real Madrid. As the player becomes increasingly irritated with his lack of playing time, speculation about Guler's future eventually increases.

Premier League clubs interested to sign Arda Guler

The social media response to Ancelotti's most recent rebuff suggests that Real Madrid supporters are sympathetic to his alleged wish to leave. Guler needs consistent playing time to reach his full potential, and teams are undoubtedly taking notice of his situation. According to reports, Arsenal and Liverpool scouted the teenager at last year's European Championship, but Real Madrid reportedly refused to sell him in the summer and again in January.
