Manchester United's boss, Sir Jim Ratcliffe, is reportedly worried for his club ahead of the upcoming season. As per reports, Ratcliffe feels his manager, Ruben Amorim, may bid farewell to the club ahead of the next season.
It is further reported that Ratcliffe has received 'mixed messages' from Manchester United's manager. The boss feels Amorim is likely to leave as he doesn't seem interested in rebuilding the Red Devils' squad.

Ruben Amorim gives worrying mixed signals
As per recent reports, Ratcliffe is determined to extend his complete support to the manager in bids to fund the revival of the Red Devils. However, the Manchester United boss isn't confident about Ruben Amorim's commitment to the club. This feeling comes in light of Amorim's recent statements ahead of the UEFA Europa League finals against Tottenham Hotspur. Amorim asserted that a loss would be a more fitting result in the finals, considering his squad is not as good as a team must be to play in the Champions League.
On several occasions, the Portuguese has made his intentions clear to step down, but later reversed his decision. Hence, Sir Jim Ratcliffe is worried about the mixed signs from the club's manager and wants to ensure he sees out his term as laid out in his contract. Manchester United are in the midst of a disastrous season where the team has failed to win two consecutive matches under the new manager. They currently sit close to the relegation zone in 16th spot.
Ruben Amorim's men desperately need silverware to put an end to what has been a truly disappointing season. The management is in the process of strengthening the squad for next season. The Red Devils will face Tottenham Hotspur in the finals of the Europa League at San Mames on May 28th.
