Following the end of the Summer Transfer Window, Laliga reveals that Barcelona has registered the Spanish Midfielder Dani Olmo only until 31st December.

Earlier this week, Barcelona finally succeeded in registering Dani Olmo, who had missed the first two matches of the season due to La Liga registration delays caused by the Catalan club’s well-known financial difficulties.

Barcelona made use of Andreas Christensen’s two-month injury absence to register Olmo, as the Dane's wages became available, enabling the Euro 2024 winner to participate. However, as a consequence, Olmo's registration only extends until the winter, according to Javier Gomez, La Liga’s Corporate General Director, as reported by Marca on Friday.

Javier Gomez stated:- “Dani Olmo is registered until the 31st of December. If Barcelona does not manage to generate registration capacity, on the 1st of January he would be un-registered.”

“The data shows you that Barcelona is on course to return to the 1:1 rule. When the accounts are published and are official, it will be possible to see it.” - Gomez added

Dani's Dream Debut for Barcelona

Against Rayo, Dani Olmo completed 21 passes, three dribbles, six progressions, three shots and one dream.

Dani Olmo had a sensational debut with Barcelona, securing a late victory to maintain the Catalan club's flawless start to the Spanish league.

Olmo struck in the 82nd minute, replacing Ferran Torres, and fired a precise left-footed shot into the far corner after receiving an assist from Lamine Yamal, sealing Barcelona's 2-1 comeback triumph over Rayo Vallecano on Tuesday.

In the post-match interview, Olmo stated:- "I was anxious to debut and it couldn't have been better, I'm glad I finally got to play and that I was able to help the team."
