Kylian Mbappe has revealed that he was an enormous supporter of AC Milan as a child and only wanted to play with them should he ever play in Italy. The former Paris Saint-Germain striker has declared his desire to play for AC Milan, a club he has admired since childhood. Meanwhile, Milan is unlikely to recruit Mbappe at the moment, given Real Madrid's current dominance and the Italian heavyweights' recent Serie A struggles.
Mbappe, on Tuesday, was voted Globe Soccer’s Men European Player of the Year after his performances with PSG this year as he claimed the Ligue 1 and the league cup to complete his stint with the French giants. Meanwhile, when questioned whether he would like to play in Italy at some point, Mbappe firmly answered that anything could occur in the future although would only be playing for AC Milan as he was a great fan of as a kid.
Mbappe informed Sky Sports that, “Italian football? You never know what happens. I was always saying: if I will go to Italy one day, I will go to Milan. As a kid, I was big fan of AC Milan and I always watch Serie A, every Milan game. All my family, massive Milan fan.”
