According to the Portuguese newspaper O Jogo, Saudi side Al Hilal is willing to pay at least €100 million for Milan superstar Rafael Leao. Al Hilal manager Jorge Jesus wants to reconcile with compatriot Rafael Leao, therefore the Saudi club is prepared to make a formal offer worth more than €100 million, according to Portuguese publication O Jogo.

Leao's agreement with the Rossoneri has a €175 million clause, which Al Hilal has not yet considered paying. However, the initial bid for the Rossoneri is certain to surpass €100 million. O Jogo anticipates Al Hilal to make an official proposal by this coming weekend, and Antonio, Leao's father, has been entrusted with negotiations with the Saudi side.

According to the article, Mário Rui, a Portuguese intermediary with market powers in the Saudi Pro League and ties to the Royal Family, will also be participating in talks. Rui previously helped facilitate Neymar and Otavio's move to Saudi Arabia this past summer.

Amidst all of this, it's worth noting that the Saudi club's coach is Jorge Jesus, who is not only Portuguese but was also Rafa Leao's first manager at Sporting. This could be a further incentive for Leao to be persuaded by Al-Hilal's proposition, assuming it materialises.
