Craig Shakespeare was the assistant coach of Claudio Ranieri with Leicester City during the 2015-16 Premier League season in which they won the Premier League title. Later he became the manager of the club. Due to poor performance, he was sacked by the club in the same year. Later he became assistant coach of Aston Villa, Everton, Norwich and Watford. William Shakespeare served as Dean Smith's assistant manager at Aston Villa from August 2020 until November 2021, collaborating closely with Grealish. The attacker has now paid an emotional homage to Shakespeare, revealing that he got a letter from the former Leicester manager after being left out of England's Euro 2024 team by Gareth Southgate.
