FC Barcelona's manager Hansi Flick has urged the management to carefully look after the club's rising sensation Lamine Yamal. The wonderkid had greatly contributed to Barcelona's resurgence this season.
FC Barcelona bagged the domestic treble this season. The club also reached the semifinals of the UEFA Champions League for the first time since 2019.

Barcelona manager Flick has urged wonderkid Yamal to remain humble and maintain his strong work ethic following another remarkable season in Catalonia. The teenager played a pivotal role in helping the Blaugrana reclaim the La Liga title, just a year after his outstanding performances helped propel Spain to victory at Euro 2024.
Lamine Yamal netted 11 goals and 13 assists across 35 La Liga matches. Additionally, he scored five times during his team's journey to the Champions League semi-finals. His reputation has risen remarkably, and Flick is mindful of ensuring Yamal receives the support he needs while he is still young.
"Lamine is a genius, there's no other way to describe him, and he's only 17 years old. I think we have to help him. I hope he wants that too, that we can take care of him, because he's young, and right now it seems like everything is easy. And it might seem easy, but it's not." Flick said.
"If you want to play at the highest level for the next 15 years, you have to train very well and also be mentally at the highest level - that's what matters. Lamine is smart, he's intelligent, and it's not just about enjoying everything. You also have to work and work, because players with this kind of talent have to do that too." Flick added.
