A spectacular return to Everton has been linked to David Moyes, as Dyche keeps experiencing the heat at Goodison Park. Despite leading 2-0 in the 86th minute, the former Burnley manager has overseen three consecutive league losses: 3-0 to Brighton & Hove Albion, 4-0 to Tottenham Hotspur, and 3-2 to Bournemouth.

According to Football Insider, Moyes is once again on the Toffees' shortlist in case they decide to fire Dyche. The Scotsman played at Goodison Park for 11 years, from 2002 to 2013, before leaving West Ham towards the end of the previous campaign.

According to the newspaper, Dyche would "love" to stay at Everton. Although he has a contract that expires in the summer of next year, more losses could result in his services being terminated. The former Burnley manager would need a strong string of results to go in his way if he needs to secure his job in the Premier League for this year.

While David Moyes was at Everton, he broke through the wall of glass by leading the team to a fourth-place finish in the 2004–05 season, even though he failed to lift a trophy. Dyche might possibly sense his breath on his neck given his availability. Following the international break, Everton will try to secure their first league victory of the season. On September 14, they took on Aston Villa, and a victory would launch their campaign.

Former Liverpool goalkeeper set to join Merseyside rivals, Everton

Rylee Foster, the former custodian for Liverpool, has been presented with a short-term deal by Everton to join this summer. The 26-year-old Canadian had previously been on trial for the Toffees before leaving Wellington Phoenix, a team from New Zealand.

After spending three years at Liverpool between 2020 and 2023, Foster was involved in a car accident that left her in critical condition and required emergency spinal surgery for seven fractures to her neck; doctors predicted she would not play football aga
