Alvaro Morata's ex wife Alice Campello shares reason for their separation

Alice Campello, Alvaro Morata's model wife, has disclosed the grounds for their upcoming divorce, barely a day after denying that the Spain Euro 2024 winning captain had sent 'explicit images' to another lady. The couple announced their split earlier this week after seven years of marriage and four children together. Confirmation of their divorce came barely a fortnight after the couple was seen kissing on a beach during a family vacation on the lovely Mediterranean island of Sardinia.

Now that the pair have separated, Campello has explained why they did so, pointing out that the "instability" of football together with other stresses drove them to the brink. With the birth of their fourth child, Bella, only a year ago, the 29-year-old influencer also discussed how post-natal depression has impacted both of them and their decision-making.

Campello has now disclosed that their separation was caused by the demands of both professional sports and fatherhood. According to Goal.com, “We are two young people, we have both been immature when it comes to managing certain situations, there are many children, moments of instability of being from one country to the other. My post-partum depression has had an influence and his, too, which has not allowed us to manage certain situations between us.”

Alvaro Morata and Campello have stayed on good terms since announcing their decision, and they want to negotiate a respectable divorce over the coming weeks and months. Morata declared, "After some time of reflection, Alice and I have decided to part ways," at the time of the announcement.
