Adrien Rabiot is prepared to lead France in their pursuit of UEFA Euro 2024, however as his Juventus deal is about to expire, his future remains uncertain. Adrien Rabiot believes Juventus made a "great decision" in bringing Thiago Motta on board, but he remained reticent about the player's long-term future with the team.

With fewer than two weeks remaining on his Turin contract and little chance of signing a new agreement before the last day of the month, the 29-year-old Frenchman is theoretically free to sign for another team.

Juventus wishes to maintain A two-year deal with a one-year option that is estimated to be worth about €7.5 million net per season with add-ons has already been drafted by Rabiot and sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli. However, as of right now, not much has changed.

Speaking to Gazzetta dello Sport at the France training facility during the European Championship, Rabiot initially talked about his future goals.

He said, “The idea was to determine my future before the start of the European Championship, but there was little time at the end of the season, and I left early. Once with the national team I wanted to concentrate on the objective and put everything else in the background. There are people who work for me. What I would like to do in the future I’ll keep to myself for now, but I’m not worried about my future.”

“Thiago Motta has his career and I have mine” : Adrien Rabiot

The former PSG midfielder said, “Thiago is a great coach who has done great things since he has been coaching in Italy. We played together for four or five seasons at PSG, and we know each other well, but his arrival is not decisive in my choice.

He added, “Thiago Motta has his career and I have mine, but what he has done and in particular this year with Bologna, from a playing and work point of view, makes me think that he is an excellent choice for Juventus.”
