Gabriel "Young" Freitas, the Brazilian FC pro, has been handing a masterclass to all players in his group stage since Day 1 of FC24 Esports World Cup. His most recent match against, Emre Yilmaz saw him dominate the field with an insane 5 goal difference that is paving his way to the top.

The pain-train for Emre Yilmaz started since the first half of the game with Young landing three back to back goals, opening the match with 3-0 score. It was only after that, Emre managed to secure a goal and not go empty-handed into the second half.

However, Young was not planning to stop anytime soon. By the time Emre secure his second goal, Young was way ahead of the game with 6 to his name. There was a very good attempt from Emre Yilmaz, but the score was too big to match by the endgame. Young finished off the match with a penalty kick and an 8-3 score line.

This was also the same scoreline on Day 1 achieve by none other than Emre Yilmaz while handing Fnatic Jonny his second and the biggest loss for the day. Who knew the tables would turn on him today.

Jonny crashed out once again against jafonso

Following a close victory against AbuMakkah in the opening match of Day 2, Jonny have face another defeat by the hands of jafonso, who has been on a roll today after taking down Levi de Weerd in the previous match. Today also jafonso have secured his first two games. It remains to be seen if he is able to achieve a third victory on Day 2.

Round 5 further saw Mark11 take down AbuMakkah while Levi de Weerd managed to secure his first win for the day against Web Nasri. One more game for all teams in Group A remains.
