WATCH: Fnatic Jonny face another crushing defeat by Emre Yilmaz

Following a tragic loss to an insane comeback, Fnatic Jonny was ready to bring in the heat for Round 2, but was instead met with another roadblock, and quite a large one this time around. The German pro saw himself matched against Emre Yilmaz this time around, and it was one of the biggest clashes of Group A round 2 at FC Esports World Cup.

Once again, Jonny started with an opening goal, but Emre quickly equalized the score and went on to secure the lead. The second half, however, is where Emre brought his A game, securing four back to back goals and stopping Jonny once again.

This was the second defeat for Jonny after a very decent start. Emre Yilmaz also saw redemption after going 0-4 against jafonso in the previous match. Jonny now sits at two out of two losses with one more game remaining before Day 1 for Group A concludes.

Jafonso goes two out of two wins

Following an insane run in the opening match, jafonso have once again displayed some dominating performance. In the second match against Web Nasri, jafonso crushed the Japanese pro with a 6-1 scoreline.

With this match, jafonso is now 2 out of two wins on Day 1 and fans are cheering on him to secure his final game against Gabriel “Young” Freitas, who also saw his second win against AbuMakkah in a close game with a 4-3 scoreline.
