The Game Awards 2024 award count: Who won the most awards?

The Game Awards for this year had a lot of surprises. Not only gamers saw some surprising entries but also multiple game announcements that were unexpected and have the gamers excited. Fans are now calling the 2024 Game Awards a significant improvement compared to last year after multiple controversies.

From celebrity cameos to multiple game announcement that gamers were sure they will not see anything new of for a while. However, special announcements like Elden Ring Nightreign, an Okami sequel and first look at The Witcher 4 were enough to leave everyone satisfied.

As the show concluded, few of the games went home with multiple trophies. After-all, it was the Game Awards. Astro Bot managed to secure the most number of trophies. The categories included Best Game Direction, Best Action/Adventure Game, Best Family Game and the prestigious Game of the Year award.

Many were shocked to see Astro Bot win against games like Final Fantasy 7 Rebirt and Metaphor: ReFantazio, but then against, Balatro was also a surprise competitor in the race for Game of the Year. Speaking of Balatro and Metaphor: ReFantazio, both games managed to secure three awards each.
