Team Vitality and Spirit march towards CS2 BLAST Premier Fall Groups Grand Final

After the initial fumble, Team Vitality managed to take down Astralis without much of an issue to secure CS2 BLAST Premier Fall Group's Grand Final (Group B). Team Spirit on the other hand has continued their dominating performance to take down Heroic and secured the Grand Final in Group A.

With Spinx doing all the heavy lifting in their match against Gamer Legion, the team gave him some time to relax, with flameZ and apEX stepping up against Astralis. The first game went as bad as it could for Astralis. The team was not able to hold the post plant or find an advantage. Going into the second half, the team did start great but with economy back for Vitality, it was the same all over.

The second game also started badly for Astralis, but the team managed to put up a fight in the second half and the events had Vitality worried about overtime. Sadly, Vitality closed the game and moved on to the Grand Final, while Astralis will be facing Team Falcons in the lower brackets.

Heroic gets Donked

Once again, Team Spirit has blazed through their opponents and this time, it was Heroic. The start wasn’t the greatest for Team Spirit, with the chopper carrying the entire team. However, the second half saw the script flip as Donk activated and broke Heroic with back-to-back rounds.

The second match was on the home turf for Team Spirit, where they secured a decent lead in the first half on CT side. Once the team was on T's side, Heroic only managed to secure a single round before Spirit closed the game. Team Spirit moves to the Grand Finals of Group A while Heroic will now face Complexity who is in a revenge match after their previous loss.

Group C and D also saw the fan favourites like NaVi, G2 Esports and FaZe move a step forward, but the FaZe Clan and G2 Esports are in the same group where only one will move to the Fall Final while the other one will likely move to the Play-In.
