Nvidia is set to announce the new lineup at the 2025 Consumer Electronic Show (CES) in Las Vegas. The cards expected to be announced are the RTX 5090, RTX 5080, and the RTX 5070 Ti with the rest of the line-up for RTX 5070, and RTX 5060 series reveal coming later down the road.

Here are the final specs RTX 5090 is reportedly landing with

  • GPU - GB202-300
  • SMs - 170
  • CUDA Cores - 21760
  • Memory - 32 GB GDDR7
  • Bus - 512-bit
  • Speed - 28 Gbps
  • Memory Bandwidth - 1792 GB/s
  • Power Connectors - 1x 16-pin
  • TDP - 575W

RTX 5080 to launch ahead of RTX 5090

Various reports also claim that despite the 5090 also being revealed with other cards, the first one to go on sale will be the 5080. Boasting half of the hardware specifications of 5090, the RTX 5080 is expected to be the most popular among the upcoming announcements likely due to the expected pricing.

While the exact pricing for 5090 isn’t confirmed, many expect the card to go well over $2,000 which likely won’t be in the budget for most gamers. This is where the RTX 5080 might come in, sort of, considering the price-to-performance ratio.
