As per recent leaks that have come to the forefront, it is anticipated that Nvidia is releasing its new RTX-50 series graphics card. Unfortunately, it might not come as good news for the gamers since the price of the graphics card is excessively high. The leak suggests that the prices of the graphics card could come with a price tag of 1900$. As per rumors lining up, the manufactures have been told to keep the price tag in between something around $1899 to $1999.

It is also under speculation that Nvidia is ending the production for its 40 series GPU and focusing on the upcoming RTX- 50 series. There is no information released about the date of release, specs or pricing the company has decided on keeping. As per Bits and Chips, an Italian gaming news website, the price of RTX-5090 will be costing something around 1800 Euros, which is around $1876. The price jump is quite high than what the gamers have been expecting. Although no specific information has been confirmed, the gamers are yet very concerned with the increased prices.

Are the rumors true?

The gamers might not have to wait for long to confirm if the rumors are wrong or right. In the upcoming New Year, the gamers might get a confirmation on the same, as Nvidia’s CEO, Jensen Huang, is scheduled to deliver a speech at CES 2025. It is likely going to be a perfect event for the releasing the 50 series of GPU. Rumors also suggest that the RTX 5090 will have a speed of 2.9 GHz, which is nearly 30% faster than the 40 series. The high cost of production is also equivalent to the use of advanced hardware, thereby, increasing the selling cost.

The performance is expected to increase manifold and create new standards with the 50 series. It is also expected that the series will also help GPU reach new heights on the hardware scenes.
