“I have enjoyed so many meetings with the Prime Minister. He is such an incredible student and every time I see him, he wants to learn about technology, Artificial Intelligence, the potential and opportunity for India, the impact on Indian society & industry,” Huang said.

Currently, Nvidia is undoubtedly the leading tech company across the globe. Most recently, the company is seen delving into Al, with one of the simplest examples being the DLSS tech in their GPU. Of course, it is just a small part but still very significant. Techs like DLSS and frame generation use AI to help players achieve better gaming experiences and can cut costs in a way.

“Artificial Intelligence is also a new industry, a new manufacturing industry that is very important, and so I'm looking forward to partnering with India in a very deep way to make that possible. AI democratises computing, and this is India’s moment, you have to seize the opportunity,” he further added.

India is also looking to expand more into the AVGC sector and proper use of AI can definitely help the country in succeeding. Creating video games in India are a great way to boost the sector, allowing more job opportunities with AI speeding up the workflow through different mediums.

The pitfalls of using AI

Despite having some great quality of life, like enhancing the gaming experience and workflow, the generative AI side has been heavily scrutinized for plagiarizing the work of other people. This is something to look into, as AI can also be used in a way that can ultimately harm the market.

Similarly, depending heavily on AI can also lead to a degraded gaming experience. A good example of this is the lack of proper optimization in video games and over-dependence on upscaling and frame generation tech. As they also have their limitations, it will ultimately harm the users.
