As for the leaked Joycon images, it is hard to tell if they are legitimate. On one hand, many expect Switch 2 to have a similar design with minor visual changes but a substantial hardware change. Going by this theory, the Joycons should also be similar.

Design was never an issue with the Nintendo Switch. A few months back, there were alleged leaks for a concept design for Switch 2 which seemed very close to the original device. However, fans will have to wait for an official reveal to find out more about the device.

Nintendo Switch 2 price

As for the price, it is claimed that the Switch 2 will set people back around $500, depending on the variant. This price is also rumoured, but given the hardware update and the fact that it will likely run modern games like Elden Ring, it is possible the price to be something similar. Other competitors are also standing around the same price.

Speaking of hardware, that is the going to be main selling point for the Switch 2 along with backwards compatibility. Other the last few years, many handheld devices have surpassed Nintendo in terms of performance, and the company have a lot of catching up to do.
