Announced last year in December, a new trailer for Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles 2 is now up and revealed the release date for the game. The game is set to land across PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC on August 5. Continuing the story from the first title, the game will introduce even more characters.
The first game in the franchise saw over 3 million sales, despite that, it took SEGA four years to bring the much-awaited sequel. Nevertheless, fans are quite excited to play the game. The game is also reported to cover even more of the story. Following the event of the first game which concluded with the Mugen Train Arc, The Hinokami Chronicles 2 will feature the Entertainment District Arc, Swordsmith Village Arc, and Hashira Training Arc.
