Krafton India Esports shares a new BGMI tournament teaser

Krafton India just shared a new short teaser for upcoming BGMI tournament/s revealing they have been cooking something special for the community. This comes just hours after the devs dropped a hit asking fans to be ready for a new announcement. Fans believe it is the roadmap for the new BGIS or BMPS tournament.

“We’re in the kitchen, and something epic is simmering! Get ready for a feast of battles like no other. Who’s hungry for some Winner Winner Chicken Dinner?” Krafton India wrote along with the teaser showcasing the signature logo for BGMI India Series (BGIS). Although, Krafton didn't explicitly name the tournament.

The BGIS is one of the biggest esports event, featuring some of the largest prize pool and a chance for thousands of teams to make a name for themselves. The 2024 edition of BGIS was secured by Team XSpark taking home Rs 60 lakh as the top prize.

The team also went to make history by securing another official tournament hosted by Krafton, Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) 2024 making them the only team to do so. Team XSpark later joined hands with Revenant Esports to create an ultimate team, Revenant XSpark.

Fans expect a change and better roadmap for BGMI tournaments

Despite the element of surprise, it seems fans were already expecting for the announcement. While the previous tournaments were quite big, there were some controversies regarding cheater infiltrating the ranks and taking slots of deserving teams.

However, ahead of that, there are also rumours regarding Krafton India hosting another BGMI event this year during Christmas which will take place very soon. It is then, the complete announcement regarding the roadmap for BGIS will be revealed.

The BGMI community has been quite for some time now, despite having some incredible events like the BGMI Titans Rising and the ongoing Skyesports Championship 2024. That is because official event allow many regular teams to compete and brings the entire esports communities together. Fans hope that Krafton will also share the same sentiment with event better tournaments.
