After teasing his comeback into the Esports scene, Abhijeet “Ghatak” Andhare, former BGMI pro is now joining Revenant XSpark as Director of Esports & Community. Ghatak was previously a part of TSM Entity, later moving to GodLike Esports, and was one of the most popular names in the early days of PUBG Mobile and BGMI.
A few days back, fans spotted a teaser on his Instagram status which wrote, “Those who talk about karma should shed some light on their own actions. And yes, I am back”. His return had many fans excited, with many even wondering if Ghatak would be competing.
The announcement was made during the recent meet and greet in Mumbai where Ghatak was spotted in the jersey of Revenant XSpark joining none other than ScoutOP. This was another shock for fans, as there had been some heated situation between the two, mainly due to Scout’s controversy with GodLike Esports.
However, explaining everything, both players told the fans that all those things were in the past. Scout has previously explained that all the matter with GodLike has been already sorted, while Ghatak explained that he was simply standing with his team while Scout doing the same and there are no hard feelings any more.

Revenant XSpark planning to make the ultimate esports org?
The partnership between Revenant Esports and Team XSpark was already big news. Team XSpark brings talent, while Revenant brings resources to back them. The addition of Ghatak as Director of Esports & Community comes as another big step.
As the director of Esports and Community, Ghatak will likely manage all operations related to these, including BGMI and any other esports title the org plans on entering. Most recently, there were rumours about Revenant XSpark applying for Honor of Kings partner program meaning more expansion in esports especially internationally.
