The anticipation for Call of Duty Black Ops 6 is making people do some crazy things. A recent viral video reveals Kick streamer Adin Ross spent $5,000 to get an early copy of Black Ops 6 for PS5. Unbeknown to him, the servers for the game are not yet available and all he could do was browse the menu, basically wasting the money spent on purchase.
“I got the game a week early, can't play it. I got scammed man, the servers aren't up yet, they'll probably be up in a few days and once they're up, Imma stream it. I paid like $4,000-$5,000 for it, so, it is what it is,” he told his viewers during the stream.

It is not surprising to see leaks copied of the game floating around early in the market. Since Activision has revealed there will be no early access for the game, everyone will be playing Black Ops 6 on release only. The game already had the most successful beta of any COD, which has skyrocketed the excitement among gamers.
However, spending $5,000 (Rs 4.2 lakh) on a game just to play a week early is unheard of. Most of the people are calling this an incredibly dumb move. Instead, Adin Ross was left browsing the COD HQ. The game is set to launch globally on October 25 and will also be available Day 1 on the Xbox Game Pass.

It is highly unlikely Activision will let people play Black Ops 6 early. Although, the move did make a spectacle among fans who had a lot to say as this is not the first time Adin Ross has been scammed.
