Build A Rocket Boy, a new game development studio by former GTA producer Leslie Benzies, has now announced its first game, MindsEye. Needless to say, it looks great and a lot of fans are wondering if this will compete with GTA 6 in terms of story, visuals, and world-building as oftentimes, devs take inspiration from their past work.
The teaser released last year gave fans an idea of what the game is about. Set in a world with advanced tech, the game is different from GTA in many ways, however, at the same time, it feels familiar. One look at the screenshot is enough for people to mistake this for GTA 5 or even GTA 6.

Fans calling it GTA 6 rival
MindsEye does not have a release date yet, but fans are convinced it has the potential to compete with GTA 6. However, there are a few things to keep in mind, the game is said to be more story-driven with an ‘immersive experience’. The Steam page does not have an open-world tag, which has left many people confused.
The screenshots showcase incredible environments, but fans are now wondering if it will be explorable like in GTA Games or if gameplay will simply resemble a world similar to God of War games with beautiful set pieces but limited exploration. Although, there are high octane driving and chase sections.
