IQOO Soul becomes first team with two chicken dinners at BGIS 2024 Grand Finals

Team SouL has now become the first team to secure multiple chicken dinners at the ongoing BGIS 2024 Grand Finals. With Manya’s IGLing and other team members' firepower, the team has been proving themselves the moment people are doubting their skills.

After an upset in the opening match of Day 2, the team played it relatively safe and positioned themselves at the high ground and luckily for them, they had the zone advantage, forcing other teams to move forward in the open across Miramar’s desert.

With a golden opportunity on their hands, the team started farming kills and secured the match with a 15-point chicken dinner. Sure, this win wasn’t as epic as Day 1 Vikendi, however, their combined performance once again led them to the top of the leaderboard.

Team Tamilas, Carnival Gaming and Raven Esports ended up with the same amount of points. However, they have yet to break it into the top eight teams on the leaderboard. Furthermore, Vasista Esports and Inferno Squad are still struggling against these behemoths, with chances to rise up becoming slim after each match.

Teams getting desperate for points at BGIS Grand Finals?

The second day of the BGIS 2024 Grand Finals has got everyone serious and is encouraging the team to take fights in hopes of better placement. Many of the team have been risking early fights and have even seen some success in terms of finisher points. However, they are usually a victim of third-party assault which prevents them from securing position points which are also quite important.

Match 8 saw Team Tamilas and Mogo Esports with eight finisher points, however, they were eliminated a bit earlier, especially Mogo. On the other side, teams with fewer kills were able to overtake them by securing position points. The strategy of these teams was great, but an early elimination blocked their path to success.
